When do I pay?+

Payment is due upfront when you select your package. This allows us to begin generating and confirming appointments for your business immediately.

What if an appointment is a no-show?+

We offer a money-back guarantee on no-shows. If a homeowner doesn't show up for a confirmed appointment, we'll either replace it with a new appointment or refund that appointment cost.

Can I upgrade or add more appointments later?+

Absolutely! You can upgrade to a larger package at any time. We'll credit your previous purchase and apply volume pricing to your new total.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment portal. ACH bank transfers are also available for larger packages.

Is there a contract or commitment?+
